Relationship will always involved two(2) parties which is usually a minimum of two(2) persons. In any human relationship, there are bound to be fracases or misunderstanding at some point or the other but what becomes the difference is when issues are resolved and lessons are learnt in the process paving ways to stronger and better relationship but when issues are reoccurring and seems like tranquility is irredeemable or unachievable then something must be wrong really.

Relationship as we know it, are individuals bounded by something tangible. There are varieties of relationship depending on what is involved but when a relationship is not yielding mutual benefits, then it is said to be Toxic.

When you’re in a toxic relationship, it can be really difficult to know what to do, especially when what you feel is love.may also feel like you’re stucked in between hurt and anger, and it can be hard to know where to turn. But there are some things you can do to start getting out of the toxic relationship.

Noticing Toxic relationship(s)


First, try to identify the signs that you’re in a toxic relationship. Some signs that you’re in a toxic relationship include 
1. Feeling like you can’t escape the relationship. Now in situations like this, we can say that you're not ok with how you're treated but you can't just walk away simply because you feel you can't get a better relationship than that, you can walk away because you're being threatened, or you have a love addiction for them and some other Petty stuffs. The truth is, you feel bad and wish it ends or wish to leave but you can't.

2. Feeling like you’re always the one who’s wrong. At this point you don't know what pleases your partner (s) like, whatever you do offends them even when you tried or still trying your best to please and fit into their life. At this point, you're tensed and scared of what comes next and what steps to take next.

3. Feeling like you’re always the one who’s hurt.at this point you find out that you're always the one being in the "middle" like you're always the one being hurt, you complain bitterly about your partner's behaviors and at this point, you're not happy and wish it'll get better as well.

 If you notice any of these signs in your relationship, it’s important to talk to someone about it.

If you can't handle it anymore, it's advisable you talk to your counselor or anybody of a good reputation: reason been that you may be helpless and may not see solutions clearly at that point.

Toxic relationship doesn't only affect mentally but affects your general out put when it comes to productivity and lastly, Toxic relationships are dangerous because it causes Depression and may as well lead to suicide.
